Homebrew GBAExploder Vs TTDS GBA

[Doozy]

Hi there guys.. I was wondering if anyone can tell me of any benefits and drawbacks of using either the TTDS and YSMenu to run GBA files or using GBA Exploder. I have tried both and cant really tell the difference, although one seems to overwrite the save files of the other... All help gratefully recieved...

Hardware Im Using is:
White DS Lite
TTDS with 2 Gig SanDisk Micro SD
EZFlash V 3-In-1 Slot 2 card.
