Homebrew GBA games on R4DS

Hey.
Is it possible to run GBA games on my R4DS without a Slot-2 card? (with a emulator, or a program that converts it to .NDS files?). I know it's possible with a Slot-2 card, but it should be possible without them, since Gameboy and Gameboy Color games van be played as well.
If yes, please explain how. If no, thanks for your effort.

GB and GBC can be emulated because they're SO LESS powerful than a GBA.
A GBA is too powerful to be emulated on a DS. The only way to run it is using the right Slot (Slot-2) and run them from there.

But there's NO POSSIBLE WAY to load Slot-2 (GBA) games from Slot-1.
