Is there some way to record my gameplay to the SD card on a Game Boy Color emulator or a Game Boy Advance emulator?

I have regular VBA on my PC. The problem is I'm trying to record a video of a game that one part is impossible on the arrow keys so I need the gamecube analog stick.
