Homebrew Games Won't Load On R4

i hope this is the right place to ask.

anyways i have an R4I-sdhc 3DS card but it seems that when i put a rom on right after formatting the micro sd some of the roms show their game icon and are playable BUT other roms picture for it is the R4 Logo and when i press onto it to play it it just gets stuck on loading. the games have worked before but cant figure out why now. i've been searching on the internet for hours. i have formatted my sd already but nope doesnt really do anything. Please help and thank you!

Can you try another SD?

Have you got the right firmware on it?
also it could be a SAV issue so try putting on another game and try load that if that works its most likely a corrupted save and if that is the issue you will need to go to the SD and delete the corrupted SAV files
i believe i have the same R4 card as you but im not 100% sure
