Ok so, I use Hekate as a Payload to load Atmossphere FSS0 EmuMMC. Everything worked fine but now suddenly my games won't launch.
I get a message like
"Data on this microSD card is corrupted and cannot be used. The corrupted data will be deleted."
"Launching software: "The software was closed because an error occurred."

So I've searched for a fix this and found this
  1. Remove all CFW files/folders from your SD card (Atmosphere, Kosmos, etc.)
  2. Download the latest Atmosphere from github
  3. Download the latest fusee-primary (next to Atmosphere)
  4. Download these signature patches
  5. Put Atmosphere and the signature patches onto your SD card
  6. Put the SD into your Switch
  7. Boot your Switch into RCM
  8. Launch Atmosphere using fusee-primary
Now everything works fine.

But when I'm in Hekate>Launch>Atmossphere FSS0 EmuMMC I get the same error again.

How can I fix this?

EDIT1

This happens for Pokemon Sword/Super Mario Party and Tinfoil so far.

I replaced all files at my SD Card, now everything seems working perfectly again..
