Hacking Games with updates?

I'm looking for some sort of list that has games which have updates on them, and what version it updates to. Has such a list been created?
If not, can someone tell me a few things:
1. What does Guitar Hero: World Tour update the Wii to?
2. Does trucha signing work on anything below 3.2 inclusive (i.e. 3.2, 3.1 etc) or just below 3.2 (i.e. 3.1, 3.0 etc.)
3. What games have updates to 3.2?

People say SSB Mario kart does, but they don't they have 3.1v2

hmm...k well what does World tour come with if anybody knows...
It's just that i'm going to install homebrew channel on my wii, but i don't have zelda, just a modded wii.
So i need to stay under 3.2 so i can install it via disc

Edit: Also, why is the latest version of the iso only beta 8?
