Homebrew Gamecube Backup Launcher cant read DVD (345)

Hello,

Yesterday i got my new Wii and i wanted to Install the Gamecube Backup launcher. I installed it and tried to start a Gamecube Disk but i got an Error (263). After patching the Cmios 5 i tried again and got another Error (345). I searched at google and tried to reinstall the newest cios 249 and cios 36. But same problem. What can i do to get the GBL running?

I have read somewhere that new wii´s have dvd drives that donnot play copied disc´s.
Maybe you should google on that.
Or maybe the Woode would be the sollution.

If you got a new wii yesterday then it almost certainly will have a D3-2 drive and not be able to read any dvd-r AT ALL. If you really want to play gamecube backups, I suggest looking into a replacement older drive.

USB hard drive? Hmm i mean i have red few times ago that wii disable the usb ports while it enter the GC mode...
