Homebrew Question Gameboy Dot matrix

hi I recently played contra and castlevania collection on the switch. on the gameboy games there was an option to enable a dot matrix filter. that filter gave a real nostalig feel to those games. now I'm looking for something like that to play other gc games. preferable on the 3ds or switch. I tried retroarch and gameboy vc insert, but those effect isn't as good as that in the collection.

I will check retroarch on switch again. couldn't get it that authentic on 3ds

just tested the shader on switch. it looks even better than the konami collection one.
