Can't link download sites here, but find what you want on http://nswdb.com/ then google the name from the 'releasename' column.
I had a similar problem. My guess is that it was because my firmware was lower than the necessary firmware of the backup. Lego Incredibles needs version 5.x.x. Check your firmware version. Also try some other games that require 5.x.x and see if you get the same result.
