Gaming Game updates info with super ban or not?

Hey there,
my switch is super banned and I am wondering if it still shows, if an update is available or not when selecting and starting a game.

Old games like 1-3 Switch or Wolf****** are showing this Info.
But now I found out that for example South P*** has already a 3.3GB patch installed on my device (from last month via CDN).
And its not showing me any Info. So maybe datasets will not be updated now?

There are two NSP's for that Game.

[v262144] 5.93 GB <- Newer one? Its not showing up
[v196608] 3.3GB <- seems to be my Version on switch

Higher Version number is always newest??
So normally my switch should show me an update. Don't it?
