ROM Hack game: Contact not saving usa version.

Just wondering if there is a patch out for the problem of the game not saving ive tryed both (E) and (U) versions and ive
searched every were but problem is bout searching "nds contact patch" in Google is it dont look for the game it looks for random crap.

(U) - doesn't save (first game with this problem).
(E) - White screen might not save aswell.

the game seems pretty good i played for like 30 mins - 1 hour then turned it of
to find when i turned it back on my save file was gone thats why im wonderine
if there patch for that problem

What Brand MicroSD Card? - Kingston (micro SD HC)

Were was the MicroSD Card Made in? - Japan

Were did you buy the MicroSD Card? - it came with the R4

Did you reformat the MicroSD Card with SD Formatter? - nope reason being ive never have had this
problem with any other game i have ever tryed playing all other games save.
