Misc fstream not working in sdl project.

Hello, I'm very new to Nintendo Switch Homebrew and this seems like it is very simple and I'm just quite retarded because I would assume fstream works the same as a normal c++ project. basically I'm trying to load a image in sdl though fstream. if I compile it for windows it will work just fine, when I compile to switch it just shows a black screen.
This is how I'm loading the image (works fine on windows):

info.txt reads like this:

data/image.png

this is how im rendering the image:
renderingimage.png

renderingimage1.png

because I'm running out of information to list here are my includes:
include.png

and also I will attach source (fstreamissue.7z) to this post as well.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong here, everything works fine on windows, Thanks for any help.
also wtf prefix should I use for this, I'm very new to all of this in-general so please excuse my retarded-ness.
