Hacking From New 3DS to Freestore - noob

I purchased -

3DS XL Majoras Mask firmware 9.5
Cubic Ninja
32gb sd card & reader

I have seen about the freestore and understand I need to put a CFW on before I can access it.

Can somebody tell me what I need to do, or point me in the right direction please?

Downgrade to 9.2, install a9lh+Luma, and then freeshop
