Is there a way to get freeShop on 11.6 without CFW? I have access to homebrew.

I don't think you can even open it. Yes, it's a 3DSX, but that doesn't mean it works without CFW or something that allows it to do what it does.

freeShop requires a kernel exploit in order to work and install CIAs. It also requires the signature to be patched in order for the ROMs to work. Basically features that a stock OFW can't do without a CFW.
