This handy little tool lets players control a game's basic camera functions, like a debug camera. Simply enter your game's camera addresses, hit start, and use a controller connected to your computer to move the camera around.
The movement isn’t silky smooth, and without internal smoothing, I don’t think it can be fixed. But it’s serviceable if you just want to explore out of bounds.
