I've been looking for a good flashcart and this looks nice... It's in the US which is also nice for shipping.

I want it for my NDS fat with my R4 with wood r4.

Is it crap? I'm not too into flashcarts :\

So it's a GBA flashcard (i own one), It's a great GBA flashcart but outdated software
Long time i used one, but if i remember correct, you also need the usb cable (be sure it is included)
(Cable connects from USB to GBA/DS Phat to write to the F2A Ultra in the handheld)

OR you can get an optional external F2A USB Writer hardware.

The software to flash does not support windows 7/8/8.1, so you need a XP computer.
There are still easier windows7 compatible flashcarts on the market for gba on you ds phat.

I have a XP virtual machine on Virtualbox. I saw a post here that showed how to do it with the usb support with a flashcart and virtual xp.

And the usb cable, is it proprietary or like a mini usb or that one that you use with printers?
