Is it possible to force WiiWare and Virtual Console games to play in PAL60/NTSC mode?

Which WADs did you want running in PAL 60? In any case, some can and some can't:

WiiWare - Yes (in most cases)
    N64 - Yes, a guide has been made (although you must use a JP/US rom) - http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=127...amp;hl=n64+60hz
SNES - Yes, on a US/JP WAD or inject a rom into a SNES WAD that runs in PAL60 like Mario Picross.
NES - Possible, but the only way is to inject a NES rom into a PAL NES WAD that runs in PAL60 like Graidus 2.
Mega Drive - No (I've tried with no luck)
Neo Geo - No (Same problem as the Mega Drive)
MSX - No (Same problem as the Mega Drive)
    Commodore 64 - I've not looked into.
Virtual Console - I've not looked into.

waninkokos nandloader injector allows for just that, to sellect your video mode for the game

If you can't force through standard methods, such as video mode patcher etc, waninkoko's nandloader tends to do the trick.

It works much better than messing around with injecting and swapping rom files.
