Gaming For some reason I can't transfer ISOs to my psp

So today I downloaded KH:BBS. I tried putting it onto my PSP, and for some reason my PC says the file wasn't located? I was like wtf? So then I tried cutting an iso to my PC. I tried putting it back on and the same thing happened. I'm confused to whats going on. Anyone know?

could be a cable problem or a hub problem..
