PS1/2 FMC Boot Compatibility List?

Is there a big list of games that are and are not compatible?

Its really starting to frustrate me.

there really isn't any updated list because as far as i know, pretty much every game is compatible with ESR....what game are you having problems with?

I've patched, burned, and tested almost 50 games with ESR and only one game gave me a problem.

What steps are u taking?

So far for me(all NTSC):

Gran Turismo 4
Champions of Norrath
Ratchet and Clank 3: Up your arsenal
Coraline

Its a lot faster to make a list of games that dont work because so many do work.

i have never been able to get this to work ever no matter what ive tried but if you fallow all the steps you should get it to work

i just wish i could instead i just use my hdd it has never gave me a prob

Almost all games work, so there isn't much point in making a list.

Agreed here I have tested over 80 games; I can also play PAL games on my NTSC TV. Even if 5% don't work this is FAR from frustrating

Is there any difference in compatibility for playing games via HD Advance versus the burned DVD?

The most recent HDAdvance (which is 3.0) is a reskinned HDLoader 0.7c...this isn't compatible with many newer games, so yes HDAdvance fails. However, if you're using HDAdvance with a PS2 HDD using ESR is fruitless....just create an ISO containing ULaunch and install FMCB and HDL 0.8c on your MC.
