Hacking flipping wii upside down makes WIikey 1.9g work?!

my wiikey all of the sudden couldnt read backups

remembering how back in the PSX scene u sometimes had to turn it upside down to work i tried it.

try it if ur having problems with the wiikey 1.9g, i actually want to know if this is solving people's problems. If not, my connections might be loose

Your laser/lens assembly is worn out.

you could possibly tweak the pot to give it more power, or just buy a new one off ebay for @£20.00, they are a fairly easy fit.

No offense, but this is a myth. The lasers do NOT wear out faster or slower no matter what media you use. FYI.

A GC dying isn't proof. I never had burned GC games and I went through 3 or so.

It is my understanding that lasers very rarely die. Rather, it's the parts around it that are more likely to fail.
