Nintendo is a bunch of dummies. First off, their servers suck the big one, making it impossible to get anything during the first four days. Second, they get the traffic down so you can actually browse the site, and then they release Flipnote 3d through the same site that can't handle over 50 people at a time*(sarcasm). Wouldn't it have been better to send emails with the codes to members. How much crack have you been smoking, Nintendo. They love shooting themselves in the foot. Nintendo, you got to kick this dirty crack smoking habit to the curb, I think crack is what killed Sega and Atari, need to confirm this.

Nope. I think only Japan, North America, and Australia have it.

Yes. But It would make sense since Original FlipNote had online support and Japan FlipNote 3D has (Or had) it. Also, manual says it has Nintendo Network support. Possibly a feature coming soon.
