Hacking Flash carts and the 3ds

Don't worry I'm not asking for a flashcart that plays 3ds games but one that works on the 3ds and plays ds games but also I was wondering if you could tell me the one that also runs gba games without lag, or too much lag. THANKS!

I haven't found any information about the Supercard DSTwo still being compatible with the current 3ds firmware
