So I ran into a problem where I can't update my Wii U or use the Eshop, you may have heard of the Error Code: 105-3102 problem, I still couldn't figure it out with help from others, but anyway I wanted to know if there was possibly a way to update the Wii U or trick it into thinking it's a certain update through homebrew, I'm not able to play Breath of the Wild because I'm not on the latest firmware.
I'm stuck on 5.5.0

Is your virtual Wii modded? If so there is a tool that you can run that will display all of the iOS file. I don't remember the name
run SysCheck from your vwii HBC and post it here that way we can see what is messed up
also Breath of the Wild needs a update before it will run but the update is not on NUS yet

There was a comparison of the number of Ibuprofen poisonings before and after they limited the maximum dosage per box or per pill (i'll look that up). No limit on the number of boxes you can still buy as many as you want, so people argued it was pointless.

But the number of (accidental) poisonings dropped because drinking an entire package of ibuprofen pills went from "I need a new liver" to "I need a new box of Ibuprofen".

Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.
