Homebrew Question Finding a title key

I want to find out the title id from Observer. (EUR Version)
I found Shogun Tool which looks perfect for my problem but it doesn't work. It says invalid input (I did already correct) and then the program closed automatically.
Any idea how to get the title id?

*edit* Ah, the game just released two days ago. Never used Shogun, so that may be why. Not sure if the title list has been updated to include that game yet. I'm trying to find it on google, but no luck so far.

Fyi - titlekey and titleid are two different things. Sharing titleid is legal, titlekey is banned.

couldn't find EUR version, but it's 01002A000C478000 for US
some games have same title ID across all regions
