Hacking Finally considering SuperCard DS-One

Hello all, Or should I say SuperCard Fanboys!

Well now that DealExtreme has a great deal on SuperCard DS-One's, so I might buy it.
I do have a few questions though.

Does the DS One support soft reset without patching the rom?
You could just use a normal Moonshell Skin right?
Also, want to make sure if its Spring Loaded.

oh yeah...if one of these features aren't on the card Im gonna buy a EZV or DSLink

It does soft reset without any extra work from you but it patces the roms on the fly, which i believe other cards do as well.

I have no idea on the moonshel shin thing

And yes it is spring loaded but you can pull the card out if you dont feel like using the spring action

I might get a SuperCard if there's no substantial differences.

you're a tard.. what was the last game on scds1 that needed an update to run ? because i can't think of one

r4 needed an update for zelda plus a few games before that too, scds1 didn't... getting the picture now ?

scds1 has real time ar/dipstar cheat support with no slow down amongst other great features.. r4 doesn't.

Yes you can. In the last update they let you skin the top screen so now its fully customisable. I really hate R4 fanboys, sidneyyoung is right about the updates though. We never needed them to get games working just for features.

One thing. It doesn't support EZ 3-in-1 Expansion. So choose wisely.

And, I think it doesn't come with a Micro Sd reader.

$37.90 for a SCDS1 + kingston 1 gb while the one without the microSD card is $38

So if you wanna be cheap I'd order fast. At worst they let you cancel your order and at best you're saving $15 on a free microSD card.

Still though, the R4 bundle costs only $10 more. If they hadn't made a pricing mistake it'd still be cheaper.

Why wouldn't it support the 3 in 1. It has DLDI. Do you have proof filozof?

EDIt- The Revision comes with a Micro SD reader(dealextreme has the revison BTW)

I doubt its a mistake because it posted on the forums. But it might be for a limited amount of time.

And besides my cousin is going to buy me the Opera Web Browser from a store, because he doesnt have paypal.

It DOES support the 3-in-1. I have one and can verify. But it doesn't come with a microsd card reader but anyone who has a modern computer probably has some type of card reader already

I have sc ds one+ ezflash 3in1 and it works flawlessly thanks to the tools made by cory1492. I don't need any patch to use the browser or rumble function and gba works as it should.

supercard one is good but it would be better if they had a better way to access cheats i.e. a database like r4

Yeah, it's cheat system is pretty poorly made, compared to the R4 and G6 Real's cheat system.
That's about the only bad thing I have to say about the DsOne. Everything else is great on it.
