Hacking Final Fantasy X/X2 UNDUB possible?

I know there is a Vita UNDUB, but is this possible to do with a PS4 fpkg? I mean when dumping the game the assets are basically unpacked (though I guess they are encrypted!?), can I just swap the voice files before generating the fpkg? Did someone eventually tried to make an UNDUB version of that game yet?

Yes, this is possible. Put Final Fantasy X and X-2 International into into PS2-FPKG.
