ROM Hack Final Fantasy IX Save Editor/Converter

Hi,
is there a way to convert Steam or PSX FF9 saves to Switch saves? I've tried with memoria and another save editor but I can only edit or save them in different formats. Did anybody managed to convert them?

Around the time you asked this question someone actually released a save editor that does just that. It converts between Switch and PC
I happened to be looking for this myself and came across your question so I figured I'd answer it.
