Homebrew Fimware 10.8.0-E41. Can I install cfw without a flashcard?

on fimware 10.8.0-e41 to install luma cfw or do i need a flashcard on that CFW?

seedminer requires you to purchase a $2 eshop game. but other than that. Yes seedminer can be done without the flashcard
