First week sales numbers for FINAL FANTASY Type-0 are in.

According to 4Gamer, the game moved a total of 472,253 copies, putting it at the number one spot for the week. Note that this includes retail copies only. We’ll possibly get a figure including the download version from Square Enix at a later time.

Type-0 has sold on-par with Crisis Core FINAL FANTASY VII’s first week, which went on to sell over 800K. It will be interesting to see if this can do the same.

I'll settle for a European localization so prowler doesn't cry so it doesn't have to wait for a big US audience and still gets an English release for us pirates.

Well I've got Fate/Extra keeping me going, Corpse Party soon and then Grand Knights History sometime early next year.
    I'll cry after these games.

Edit: Forgot about Black Rock Shooter, it's a pretty decent shooter.

I never said they had any connection, just pointing out that I like to play things in the order they were released.

Type-0 has nothing to do with XIII, that's why they changed the name to Type-0.
You'll just be playing Final Fantasy games in order of release.

Will most likely not get a localization until next year. :(

Yeah. Usually Square takes 6 months to localise a game. It'll take time, but it'll be worth it

Hopefully this will motivate SE to import it outside of Japan! Demo was promising.
