Most (all?) of the DLC for FF:CC MLaaK is actually included inside the wad, setting the various flags for the DLC to True allows you to gain and use all the extra buildings etcetera without actually 'downloading' anything. The costumes might actually be downloaded data, but the extra buildings stuff are just script packages that tell the game to set certain flags to true

That's quite interesting. Not only in a pirate perspective, but also how this could be developed further so games can be much bigger and so if downloadable content really would be downloads...

yeah, that's true. Somehow I wish that Nintendo would release some sort of external HDD even if it has some kind of block or something to prevent homebrew / piracy (even if it most probably would be temporarily).

Wouldn't there be some file in the WAD that we could modify to allow us to download the DLC? I've extracted the WAD, but only found a few things that I think could be, but I'd have to know what to put in. =P

FF:CC MLaaK with the extra buildings/dungeons unlocked.

Some of the DLC relies on actual content being downloaded
which isn't already included in the game, as such that content
isn't loaded. This unlocks the content already there that does
not need extra files to use.

Also the dlc requires you to complete certain dungeons to
unlock the extra buildings etc. Check the dlc info ingame
in the download area, or some faq for info on which to do.

Seen on a private torrent site.

Yes, but most of th eunlocked content has to be gained inside the game still through various dungeons and such. While this makes it available once certain measures are accomplished. Still has more content available then the original release. Also shouldn't be too hard once DLC is more common to find a way to install it into the wad directly while the game is installed on the wii. Like a patch.
