Hacking FBI Installer error

I get this error everytime i try to install a game - description invalid command
and i tried to inject FBI to health & safety but this time when i open health&safety FBI doesn't boot up

I had the same problem a while ago. Problem could be in 2 things. Maybe downloaded cia's are broken and don't work (try to download few more) or (how i did fixed it) was to reinstall CFW, rxtools again and it fixed the problem.

to reinstall rxtools i need to remove "arm9_code.bin" "arm11_code.bin" "firmware.bin" "rxTools.dat" "slot0x25KeyX.bin" from my sd card and put them back again right ?
