Hacking FBI injection

I injected FBI into my SysNAND, thinking i could use it whenever i pleased, but it turned out i have to be in RX-S mode because otherwise it gives an error. Is there a way to get FBI working in SysNAND without having to enter RX-S?

You need signature checks patched out, which you can't get without some sort of CFW. So no.

Cias have to be signed for them to run without a CFW and we can't sign cias only Nintendo can, if we could sign cias no one would need to boot into a CFW to play every time to begin with...

Injecting FBI to sysnand doesn't magically sign it so you can just start installing everything at any time without worrying about booting CFW's.
