There is a hollow inside Ichigo, a spirit separate from Ichigo with it's own mind and personality.
He should count if you're referring to when the hollow takes control of Ichigo's body (before training from the Vizards, such as during the fight with Byakuya), but not when Ichigo is drawing out the hollow power on his own (after the training).

Basically:
Half-masked + White-faced Ichigo = the unnamed hollow
Full-masked Ichigo = Ichigo

Wouldn't Hollow Ichigo actually be Zangetsu? His other half that is...well actually Zangetsu taking over Ichigo's body...

My favorite is Sarugaki Hiyori.

Zangetsu is his zanpakuto's spirit, not the hollow. All shinigami zanpakutos are supposed to have a spirit, I believe. Just like Renji's Zabimaru is a baboon with a snake tail while in spirit form.

I thought you meant battle weary Ichigo with half his mask missing instead of the batshit insane hollow.
We probably won't see more of him anyway.

I personally like Hisagi. His design looks the coolest.

That guy is gangster man. I like Hisagi too, so chill. And in Bleach 2 for DS, he's one of my best characters.
