Hacking Fat32 Formatter?

I have a WD 1TB External USB HDD. I want to format it to FAT32 for Nintendont, but having trouble finding a program online for it. Can someone recommend me a free program for that task? I am running Windows 8.1 64-bit. Thoughts/help appreciated

It only lets me format it to GPT. How do I format to MBR Fat32?

Right Click disk, convert to MBR, format as fat32. keep program for later use for something. Just becareful not to install the extra trash with it.
