Hardware Fat PS4. 2 Clicks Then No Power.

Hi. I got a PS4 off someone that I was just given for parts. If you plug it in and press the power button it beeps and the led goes blue and it clicks twice very fast and shuts off. It sounds like a relay. Is it likely just a bad psu or worse? Reason I'm thinking psu is because when it shuts off it won't turn back on unless I unplug it and wait a few seconds then plug it in and press power again. The clicks are literally a fraction of a second apart and it just dies.

Your on the right track as that's what some ps3s did as well. If you can get a hold of another compatible PSU to discard the possibility and if it continues to do the same issue, it would be a start by checking the motherboard for anything off/ missing components.
