Hacking Failed to Load IOS58

Hey guys, I'm a beginner when comes to modding, so I'm not too sure what this error message means. Before receiving this message, I was injecting GC games using Teconmoon's Wii VC injector. Once everything was finished, I tried to boot up the game but was kicked back to the wii u menu.

Did I install something incorrectly, and is there a fix for this? Or am I just screwed forever?

I get it when NintenDon't boots up.

I could be remembering wrong, but I thought ios 58 had to be installed like a cios.

I believe I used something called d2x-cios-installer to install all of the vWii IOS if I'm not mistaken. I might I've done something wrong while I was in the process of doing so..
