Hacking Factory resetting Vita changing psn account

Hi all,

I know this question has been asked many times but I am unsure if the answers I have found completely solve my problem.

I am looking to sell my Vita currently it is running henkaku 3.67 has Vita adaptor 128gb card and 23 hacked games installed. The problem I have is I want to reset back to factory settings and install a new psn account for the new user. How can this be done. I have read that you cannot sign into PSN network without updating and that the hacked games on the memory card will not play with a different psn card.

Look up Account Manager, no need to reset with that, so you won't lose henkaku, but currently installed games won't work.
