Ez flash omega can’t save all game

I just got a ezflash omega, i can play the game (except super mario series, it always say “save file coruppted”) but cant save the progress. What should i do?

Sd card : sundisk 64gb (just bought)
Device : gba sp 101
Kernel : latest

If you say so. Please refer the S71 repair way in Basic Repair Guide of Current EZ-FLASH Products . But I can't guarantee the success ratio.

Thank you for your response, because now i know that i have been scam by seller. I’ll try to fix it by myself and maybe i’ll share to you if it got fix
