Hacking EZ-flash 3in1 NOR doesn't work

Hello, I have a little problem, the NOR modus won't work anymore.

I was playing MOTHER 3 I saved and turned my DS off. Later I turned it on again, i accidently pressed in the NOR modus on A (I Copied the game). Then I clicked on X (Run game) and then It didn't worked anymore. It just came the screen witch "Gameboy Advance" and then it fades white. (I checked the savedata on an Emulator and it's corrupted.) Even my other games I played in NOR doesn't work anymore, but all the games I play in the normal mode work fine.

Can someone help me?
