There's a set of 6 xorpad files (+ 1 .bin file) that I'm trying to edit and as far as I understand I need to turn them into romfs/exefs before any editing can take place.

I've been following the tutorial located here:
    https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-how-to-decrypt-extract-rebuild-3ds-roms.383055/

...except I skipped the first steps entirely since I already have the xorpad files.

I'm placing the aforementioned 6 files into the Pack Hack folder (which also contains HackingToolkit.bat), then double-clicking HackingToolkit.bat. Nothing happens - I get an error stating Windows cannot find the file of said name, and I'm advised to search for the file through all kinds of means.

Anyone might have an idea what the problem could be here?

I thought Xorpads were just used to decrypt RomFS and ExeFS?

Hmmm, guess I haven't been doing anything productive then.
