Hacking Extracting/Building WBFS files

I have extracted some files from my Mario Kart Wii WBFS file using Dolphin and now I want to re-build the game file with my modded files. How do I do this?

(i also want some mario kart wii hacks, like freefly and such so i can get to oob areas that i have changed)
