Hacking Extract Updates with WUFE: "Error writing file"

When I´m trying to extract the Updates of the MarioKartWii Disk (original) with WUFE, it only gives me a lot of "Error writing file..".

Whats the problem?

2 possiblity's come to mind.

1: dont use an sdhc card.
2: make sure you have lots of space - LOTS.

last update i ripped was 170meg!
