I want to undub Tales of Symphonia dawn of the new world PAL (I could only find a undubbed NTSC version, but thats incompatible with PAL savegames). I already found the sound files with WiiScrubber, but there are like 10000 of them, so its very time-consuming to extract everyone of them separately. ^^'

So, is there a possibility to extract more than one file with WiiScrubber or with another programe?

Code:
wit extract yourimage destdir
"yourimage" can be a ISO, CISO, WBFS, WDF or WIA. "destdir" is a non existing directory name.

EDIT:
If you are Mac or Linux user you can also mount the image with "wfuse image mountdir" and copy the needed files with a file browser of your choice.

@ diddy81: Thanks, didn't know that was possible

Now I want to replace the (japanese) sound files I extracted with the ones of the PAL version. Do I have to replace everyone of them separately or is there again a faster method? (would it be possible to extract the data partition, replace the sound-files and put all the files back into the image?)

use wit to extract, exchange your file and use wit again to create a new image with
Code:
wit copy destdir newimage.wbfs
"destdir" is the directory of the command in my first post.

OR

nice clicking with WiiScrubber.

I think I'm to stupid to use cmd
cry.gif

I extracted both images (NTSC-J and PAL) in two folders on my desktop (lets call them "folder1" and "folder2"). I downloaded the wit-thingy... what would be the exact commands I have to use now (and what did you mean by "directory of the command"?)

I succeeded

It was easier than I thought

Thank you Wiimm, your tool is really great.
I guess the thread can be closed.
