Homebrew Extract .h3 and .app files

I am trying to add songs to Just dance, but the game files are in h3 and in app, so i don't know how to unpack the files

You need to decrypt and then extract the files. There are plenty of tools available for this. CDecrypt, JNUSTool, etc. My personal favorite is a Python collection by @ihaveamac found here: https://github.com/ihaveamac/wiiu-things?files=1 Its my personal favorite because it's written in python making it a great choice for any OS and as you can imagine, very straight forward and easy to use. It doesn't win any awards for speed but it gets the job done very well.
