Hardware External hdd with much delay

I have a Toshiba canvio basic of a 1tc that gives a lot of delay in games (loading delay in npc does not appear until minutes later) they know if there is an application that can format it for xbox one CrystalDiskInfo tells me 180 pending sectors, remap the pending sectors the bad thing that when formatting again in xbox one I partition the whole disk the problem is not solved.

Xbox uses it's own hard drive health service when it formats a drive. Not much you can do if that Xbox is starting to not like the drive anymore.
