Hello,
I just recently bought a 5TB external HDD and replaced it with my old 2 TB external HDD. I copied and pasted all the files from the old HDD to the new one. However, when I go to the settings on the PS4 menu and select storage, the bar still says I have a round 2.5 tb of total space and very little free HDD space left. When I use App2USB it also says that there is not enough system memory after transferring a few games. The funny thing is that when I plug it into my pc, it clearly states that I have over 2 TB of space left.
My HDD was formated in exfat on the computer. All the games I transfered to the new drive from the old drive work.
My question, How can I get the PS4 to recognize the additional space I have on my new HDD? Is there something I am missing?
Thanks for all your help
