Hacking Question Exclude gallery applet from open HBL

Hi I run the latest Atmosphere and I found the new config files, to be more specific "override_config.ini"

What I want is open the gallery without using R, I have a custom nsp to open the Hbl. I tried a couple modifications to the override_config.ini but no luck. I need to "activate" somehow such configuration file? Because it is like atmosphere is not working or reading that configuration file properly.

What I tried:

program_id_0=010000000000100D
override_key_0=R

; Custom nsp
program_id_0=0104444444441001
override_key_0=R

override_any_app=false

With the last one the cfw still open the hbl with any nsp using R...
