Hacking Exception on boot after updating b9s

I followed this guide https://3ds.guide/updating-b9s. I didnt get any errors or issues. But now when I boot I get the exception has occured error with some dump. I can hold down start on boot to get to the chainloader menu. I used the boot.firm from 8.1 even though the guide says 8.0. Is that the problem?

Sorry for the thread. I forgot to check autoboot emunand in the luma config options.
