Well looks like multiverses are the next "it" thing. We've had parallel universes before, but true (nigh) infinite multiverses were sparse (Jet Lee's The One springs to mind); now they're springing up all over the place (as multiverses are wont to do). I guess the idea of multiverses has permeated the public consciousness enough for it to be dropped in a movie with little to no explanation.

Anyway.

Thoughts?

I did actually rewatch The One somewhat recently. Still like it, even if the soundtrack aged like milk. Also stuck out Sliders into the less than stellar later episodes, and I will call Quantum Leap the proto version of this concept as well for live action stuff.

Anyway as far as this goes then drawing on memories... I prefer visiting but I will not dismiss it. This looked liked fun as well.
Sign twirling as martial art... also wasn't the public obsession with sign twirling some 10 years ago at this point?
