Interesting. It could totally be successful with the indie market.

I love the look of this, but I kinda wish the face buttons were the Nintendo layout lol. I'll never get used to A being on the bottom and Y being at the top.

Seems expensive for something any phone could do .... for free ... if this came out the the 90's it would have been a hit !

$17 for just 1 cartridge? No thanks, I'll stick with MAME.
(although collecting some of these games is hard, so it makes some sence)

On the one hand, $17 for 20 games doesn't sound bad. On the other hand, the console itself is in the same realm price range of a 2DS, and while you can't get 20 games for $17, you can get several DS/3DS game collections for relatively cheap. Or as others have said, you probably have a phone so it'd make more sense to sell a Namco Museum bundle on the Google Play store (which they don't seem to). Meanwhile, on average I imagine that you could fill out most your collection multiple built-in handheld game collections already for the same $80 system+$17*n carts. With the move towards digital and the competition from Nintendo in the handheld space, this seems like an odd throwback.

Why not publish all of those classic games on the current platforms instead

why not just buy a psp with CFW?
    Same size, but larger library.

    Seems a bit pointless.

This is a dingoo? All seriousness though, if the dpad is really nice, that could carry this thing to (almost) greatness.
